I am sure the space provided is not enough to express our feelings and gratitude for the services Dawn and Joe provided. They made a very difficult transaction easier. My dad passed away and we were out of state. We had a very short window of time to pack up the home, line up an agent and come back home. We intereviewed Dawn from a post card she had sent my wife's parents, after all interviews were conducted my wife chose Dawn. During the whole transaction she went above and beyond her duties she was paid to do. I am only sorry I don't live in the area so that I could recommend her to others. There's so much more for me to praise but as I stated there is nt enough space to do so!

Thank you dearly for the wonderful July 4 Flags that decorated our homes. God Bless you for your patriotism and thoughtfulness. I was in the hospital at the time so my husband brought one in to decorate the room. My roommate and visitors loved it! On my return home on Friday, turning onto Olympia Street was a treat; the wind was blowing and those gorgeous flags waved "hello".
